Refund & Exchange
- READY IN STOCK products are eligible for a refund. The buyer covers return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Made-to-order products are eligible for exchange or a gift certificate only.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and show no signs of wear to qualify for a return or exchange.
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding a return or refund.

Size correction is available for €25–€100, depending on the design. Some designs cannot be resized. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Resizing may take 2–3 weeks.
Polishing & Jewelry Clean-Up
- FREE polishing and cleaning for 2 years (customer covers shipping costs).

Warranty
2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Repairs
- If a piece got damaged and needs a repair, email to orders@room88.eu to inquire about your specific case.
- You can also send us a photo with the case and we will provide you with the cost of the service. If it is our fault we will repair it free of charge.
- Jewelry is strong but still gentle. If the damage is caused by physical pressure we are not obliged to repair it for free. Although we will do our best to renew it.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
- Repairs may take 1-3 weeks.
